Position 1: Chief Officer-Interest Free Banking
Education and Experience: MBA/MA or BA degree in Management/Business Administration/ Accounting/ Economics or related fields of study with 12 years of relevant experience of which 5 years on senior management positions for BA holders or 10 years of relevant experience of which 4 years on senior management positions for MBA/MA holders. Experience in IFB operation management, knowledge and application of sharia, and experience in financial institution is mandatory notwithstanding to the requirements of National Bank of Ethiopia.
Place of work: Head Office (Office of Interest Free Banking)
Position 2: Deputy Chief Officer-Marketing and Partnership
Education and Experience: MBA/MA or BA degree in Marketing Management/Business Administration/ Economics or related fields of study with 11 years of relevant experience of which 4 years on senior management positions for BA holders or 9 years of relevant experience of which 4 years on senior management positions for MBA/MA holders. Experience in marketing management is mandatory while experience in financial institution is advantageous. The requirements of National Bank of Ethiopia remain applicable.
Place of Experience: Head Office (Office of Deputy Chief Officer of Marketing and Partnership)
Position 3: Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer
Education and Experience: MBA/MA or BA degree in Management/Business Administration/ Accounting/Economics or related fields of study with 11 years of relevant experience of which 4 years on senior management positions for BA holders or 9 years of relevant experience of which 3 years on senior management positions for MBA/MA holders. Experience of assisting and advising the CEO in financial institution is mandatory. The requirements of National Bank of Ethiopia remain applicable.
