The majority of the objectives outlined in the company’s initial strategic plan have already been met. As of now, OIC has 55 undeniable branch workplaces and 3 contact workplaces all through the country. Additionally, it collaborates with all of the country’s banks, insurance brokers, and sales representatives.

Oromia Insurance would like to recruit competent applicants to fill the following vacant positions.

Position 1: Senior HR Strategy and Organizational Development Officer

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Work Experience: Four (4) years of relevant work experience out of which 2 (two) years as HR Officer or 4 as a Junior HR Officer or Equivalent positions.

Workplace: Head Office

Position 2: Manager, Human Resources Development Division

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or Management or Economics, Law or related field of study from a recognized higher Learning Institution and preferably have a society of Human Resources Management Senior certified professional (SHRM-SCP).

Work Experience: 8 (eight) years of relevant work experience out of which 1 year as a Lower Level Division Manager (Gaammee Branch Manager) or 3 (three) years as a Principal (Dabballee Branch Manager) or equivalent position.

Workplace: Head Office

Position 3: Manager, HR Strategy and Organizational Development Division

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management or Economics, Law, or a related field of study from a recognized higher Learning Institution and preferably have a society of Human Resources Management Senior certified professional (SHRM-SCP).

Work Experience: Eight (8) years of relevant work experience out of which 1 year as a Lower Level Division Manager (Gaammee Branch Manager) or Three (3) years as a Principal (Dabballee Branch Manager) or equivalent position.

Workplace: Head Office
