Position 1: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)- For Real Estate Business
Job requirement
Educational Qualification:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategic Management, or a related field
Certifications in Commercial Strategy, Brand Management, or Contract Negotiation are preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial leadership roles across sales, marketing, and contract administration
At least 7 years in a C-suite or senior executive position, preferably in real estate, trading, or high-value project-driven sectors
Proven success in scaling revenue, building high-performing commercial teams, and launching market-leading campaigns
Position 2: Chief Technical Officer (CTO)- for real estate business
Job requirement
Educational Qualification:
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related technical discipline
Certifications in Project Management (PMP), BIM, Lean Construction, or Procurement are a strong asset
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years in engineering, construction, or technical project leadership
At least 7 years in a senior executive, technical director, or CTO-equivalent role
Real estate, infrastructure, and design-build experience highly preferred
