Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s or BSc in Marketing/Business Management/ Engineering or related.
Experience
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience who thrive in an office environment.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrate creativity in developing innovative sales approaches.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail in managing client information.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve sales targets.
Desired Skills:
- Generate creative marketing ideas to attract potential buyers.
- Incorporate innovative problem-solving techniques in sales strategies.
- Develop engaging sales materials that highlight property features.
- Utilize creative thinking to overcome sales challenges.
