Position 1: Influencing and Advocacy Manager
Education: A BA/Master’s degree in Political Science & International Relations, Law, Development Studies, Communications, Social science or a related field. Advanced training in advocacy, public policy, or human rights is an asset.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
Experience in humanitarian context and preferably working within an international NGO or multilateral organization.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful advocacy strategies and campaigns at national or regional levels.
Strong experience in policy analysis, lobbying, and engaging with government officials, donors, and civil society.
Excellent strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement complex advocacy strategies.
Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality advocacy materials such as reports, policy briefs, campaign content, and statements in a clear and concise manner while meeting short deadlines.
