Position 1: Database Administrator I
Description of Duties:
- Implement policies, procedures, processes and methodologies applicable across the organisation for project management.
- Record and track each strategic project against deliverables, finances and benefits.
- Review and articulate feasibility assessment, business and technical requirements and RFP for each project before commencement.
- Execute projects as per the planned targets and budgets for delivery.
- Monitor project scope, costs, procurements, schedules, communications, engagements, resources, integrations, interdependencies, risks, issues, changes, constraints and qualities within the project life-cycle.
- Work with different work units to identify, drive and coordinate projects to ensure delivery on time and on budget.
- Deliver projects as per the project objective.
- Involve in the management of contracts, vendor relationship and monitor all vendor activities.
- Assist in the evaluation of projects against performance metrics.
- Assist in the management of stakeholder’s demand in relation with project implementation and customization.
- Assist in provision of project payment quotations, initiations and confirmations in collaboration with relevant work units.
- Involve in building of knowledge base from the lessons learned in running various projects.
- Provide periodic project status, progress and dash board reports to users.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience
- Training in Oracle Database is required.
- Knowledge in database technologies, data security, database architecture
- Experience in Oracle database, Oracle RAC and grid infrastructure management
- Relevant certification is advantageous

Position 2: Network Administrator
Description of Duties:
- Implement policies, procedures and write process documents for the network infrastructure and lead in their implementation through continuous review.
- Execute the design, setup, installation and integration of various networks to meet the business’ requirements and are compliant with PCI DSS and other relevant security standards.
- Involve in maintaining highly available and best performing systems to meet the customer expectation.
- Perform vendor relationship and monitor all network support activities within established OLAs/SLAs;
- Work with infrastructure vendors to implement fixes and issues.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure network security and quality are maintained.
- Involve in different infrastructure and other related projects.
- Provide/revoke users’ privilege and monitor user access management.
- Assist in the network tuning as per the performance metrics.
- Perform and implement reporting systems.
- Support in infrastructure capacity planning and business continuity.
- Involve in maintenance, upgrade and migration of network and related systems.
- Assist in researching new infrastructure technologies and work with the relevant work units in the development of new products and services.
- Perform configuration and logs backup, restoration, archiving and retention policy and procedures are properly implemented regularly.
- Work closely with all work unit.
- Attend incidents, interruptions, malfunctions, and system quality reductions at any moment
- Prepare periodic reports
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in network administration

Position 3: Senior Sales Officer
Description of Duties:
- Involve in the formulation and implementation of the strategic direction of the trading business.
- Involve in the development of policies and procedures for the trading business and lead in their implementation through the continuous review.
- Support the establishment, growth and sustaining the trading business, delivery of trading products and optimal performance of the work unit.
- Support the identification, approach and establishment of business partnership with potential business partners, suppliers and customers.
- Involve in the implementation of sales and marketing strategies and prospects for new business to meet set targets and participate in product development initiatives for the trading business.
- Foster a good relationship with new and existing clients in order to create repeated sales and a robust network.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
- Prospect and profile new business opportunities for trading services to expand the entity’s market share.
- Identify relevant tenders across different sources regularly.
- Involve in responding tenders properly to win the bid.
- Conduct meetings with prospective clients and run detailed illustrations to introduce them to company’s products
- Make regular follow up calls to existing customers and develop the business through upselling and cross selling
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and increase sales from within existing client base
- Involve in responding bid invitations for the supply of trading items.
- Involve in drafting contract and SLA documents in collaboration with relevant work units.
- Involve in designing work/project plan to successfully deliver awarded bids.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a specified period
- Undertake clients advisory and relationship management services with a view of enhancing customer loyalty and growing revenue for the trading services business.
- Provide sales training, coaching and mentoring of employees to achieve sales target.
- Involve in importing trading items for sale.
- Manage the pre and after sale support for the company’s products and services.
- Provide an effective and responsive support services to users within established SLAs;
- Prepare periodic reports
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, ICT or related field.
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in a sales function preferably in the financial services industry

Position 4: Manager, Corporate Strategy, Planning and Monitoring Division- Re-Readvertised
Description of Duties:
- Involve in the formulation and implementation of the corporate strategy.
- Involve in the development and implementation of policy and procedure for the department.
- Develop Annual plan and budget for the company by coordinating different work units and communicate same to relevant work units for implementation.
- Manage the company’s growth by coordinating the design and implementation of the company’s corporate strategy and plans, and monitoring enterprise performance against key performance metrics and indicators.
- Translate initiatives and milestones into project plans which ensures successful project completion within the various teams.
- Manage that the company’s strategies and plans are executed on time and the desired results are achieved.
- Manage the implementation of corporate performance monitoring and evaluation.
- Manage and track initiatives, facilitate initiative approvals at various stages, report deviations and suggest remedial actions.
- Create alignment around the strategy, proactively identify interdependencies and synergies, and foster collaboration across the company.
- Review transformation plan deliverables in line with internal and external factors.
- Develop and review recommendations provided on the strategic capacity required to maintain strategy focus, while adapting to new challenges and opportunities
- Define the work plan for addressing each strategic issue in appropriate depth.
- Prepare budget for the work unit.
- Provide training, coaching and mentoring of work units, employees on strategy development and implementation.
- Communicate change management plan to all employees.
- Involve in the development of business continuity.
- Prepare periodic strategy implementation, operational and project performance reports at corporate level.
- Prepare periodic work-unit reports
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Economics or a related field.
- At least 8 years’ relevant experience
- Experience in strategy crafting, planning and monitoring is required
