Position 1: Junior Officer – Import Department
Requirements:
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field
0–2 years of relevant experience (internship acceptable)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Knowledge of import procedures and ERP systems is an asset
Position 2: Junior Officer – Tender Department
Requirements:
Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
0–2 years of experience in procurement/tender processing (internship acceptable)
Good analytical and communication skills
Familiarity with procurement laws and tender processes is a plus
Position 3: Secretary
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably supporting executive leadership
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Fluency in Amharic and English (written and verbal)
High integrity and professionalism
Salary: Negotiable
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Deadline: August 1, 2025
