Position 1: File Clerk
Qualification: Completion of 10+ / TVET Level II or III / Diploma in Office Management, Records Management, Secretarial Science, or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in filing, records management, or clerical support roles

Position 2: Customer Service Officer
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of banking experience as Customer Service Officer, Junior Customer Service Officer, Bank Trainee, or equivalent positions

Position 3: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Officer

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience, of which 1 year must be in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, or equivalent positions

Position 4: Compliance Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or related functions within banking institutions

Position 10: Principal III – Retail & MSME Banking
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of banking experience, of which 2 years must be at Team Leader/Senior Retail & MSME Banking Officer level or equivalent
