Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of banking experience as Customer Service Officer, Junior Customer Service Officer, Bank Trainee, or equivalent positions.

Alem Bank, Ayer Tena, Angetu, Agaro, Bilal, Cinema Ras, Girar (Kara), Tulu Dimtu, Mizan Aman, Mettu, Tepi, Asendabo, Bule Hora, Delomena, Moyale, Logia, Negele Borena, Welkite, Kolfe (Atana Tera)
Position 2: Branch Accountant
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of banking experience, out of which 1 year as Branch Accountant, Customer Service Officer, Associate Customer Service Officer, or equivalent positions.
Required: (12 Positions)
Duty Stations:
Cinema Ras, Mercato, Girar (Kara), Alem Bank, Finfinnee (Flamingo), Kenteri, Delomena, Moyale, Negele Borena, Tulu Dimtu, Mechara
Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of banking experience, out of which 1 year as Cashier, Customer Service Officer, Associate Customer Service Officer, or equivalent positions.
Required: (13 Positions)
Duty Stations:
Alem Bank, Ayertena, Dubai-Tera (Mercato), Girar (Kara), Kenteri, Bole Bulbula, Bedele, Mizan Aman, Mechara, Delomena, Moyale, Dila, Chora
Position 4: Swift Officer III
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of banking experience, out of which 1 year as Swift Officer, Associate Swift Officer, Junior Swift Officer, or equivalent positions.
Required: (1 Position)

Position 5: Sharia Compliance Officer
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or Islamic fields of study.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sharia compliance, Sharia audit, IFB risk management, or equivalent positions and/or proven engagement with Sharia-related institutions.

Position 6: Internal Control & Compliance Officer
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or related areas within banking institutions.

Position 7: Branch Manager I
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, out of which 3 years as Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, Branch Business Manager, Branch Operation Manager, or equivalent positions.

Position 8: Director, Human Capital Management
Qualification:
First Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience, out of which 4 years as Department Manager in Talent Acquisition, Human Capital Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, or equivalent roles.

Position 9: Director, Procurement and Facility
Qualification:
First Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience, out of which 4 years as Department Manager in Facilities, Property Management, Procurement, Asset Management, or equivalent roles.

Position 10: Director, Capital Management and Investor Relations
Qualification:
First Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of banking experience, out of which 4 years as Department Manager in Capital Market, Share Administration, or equivalent roles.
