Position 1: – Customer Service
Qualification: B.A/BSc Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or other business-related fields
Work Experience: 3 years of banking experience of which 1 year as a Bank trainee or junior officer or associate officer, or junior trainee or equivalent position
Required Number: 31
General requirements
IFB knowledge and experiences are preferential.
Proficiency in Afan Oromo, Amharic, and English Languages is required.
Place of work: Finfinnee/Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa, Harar, Adama, Awwaday, Jijiga, Jimma, Shashemenne, Bale Robe, Chiro, Baddessa,

Position 2: – Senior Customer Service Officer Cash
Qualification: B.A/BSc Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or other business-related fields
Work Experience: 4 years of banking experience of which 2 years as a customer service officer or accountant or internal control or Customer relationship officer or equivalent position
Required Number: 14
General requirements
IFB knowledge and experiences are preferential.
Proficiency in Afan Oromo, Amharic, and English Languages is required.

Position 3: – Branch Auditor
Qualification: B.A/BSc Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or other business-related fields
Work Experience: 4 years of banking experience of which 2 years as an accountant or internal control or customer relationship officer or equivalent position.
Required Number: 14 for accountant and 4 for auditor respectively
General requirements
IFB knowledge and experiences are preferential.
Proficiency in Afan Oromo, Amharic, and English Languages is required.

Work Experience: 4 years of banking experience of which 2 years as an accountant or internal control or customer relationship officer or equivalent position.
Required Number: 14 for accountant and 4 for auditor respectively
General requirements

Position 5: – Branch customer service manager

Work Experience: 5 years of banking experience of which 2 years as a senior accountant or senior internal control or customer relationship manager or equivalent positions
Required Number: 4
General requirements
IFB knowledge and experiences are preferential.

Work Experience: 7 years of relevant banking experience of which 3 years as Branch business manager, Assistant branch manager/CSM or Relationship manager or equivalent positions.
Required Number: 14
General requirements
