Raras Technologies PLC would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Graduate Data Engineer
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
Work Experience:
0 years of experience required.
Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Academic projects, internships, bootcamps, certifications, and personal projects are advantages but not mandatory.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and database queries.
Familiarity with Python or another programming language.
Understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformation.
Basic knowledge of data formats such as CSV and JSON.
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Additional Technical Skills (Advantages)
Familiarity with Apache Spark, Apache NiFi, or other data processing technologies.
Basic understanding of data warehouses, data lakes, and big data concepts.
Knowledge of Linux commands, Git, and version control.
Awareness of data validation, data visualization, and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining data pipelines and integration solutions.
Write SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, cleaning, and transformation.
Perform data quality checks and identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent records.
Support database management, data processing, and troubleshooting activities.
Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with senior engineers and development teams.
Participate in technical training, code reviews, and continuous learning activities.
