Reality Construction and Real Estate would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following positions.

Position 1: Office Engineer

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Prepares Bill of quantity, materials for every site;
  • prepares, reviews & approves agreements;
  • Prepares drawing adjustment, rearranging, printing and distributing for every site.
  • Takes measurements of any work on every site for preparing payment, for material requesting documentation;
  • Prepares master schedule  and monthly schedule for every project;
  • Prepares sub-contractors payment, analyzing variations, claims in every project every two weeks.
  • Prepares or approving temporary sub-contractors payments in every project;
  • Prepares Reports monthly and weekly for each project
  • Collects and requesting needed materials from every site and letting know to management and purchaser;
  • Prepares letters, minutes to and from respective individual or external companies;
  • Creates formats, telegram pages that are suitable for smooth communication from site to site.
  • Ensures that requested materials are delivered on the needed site on time;
  • Follows up and monitor construction activities as per the schedules for every project;
  • Prepares periodic activity report and submit to his/ her immediate supervisor; 
  • Performs other similar activities as assigned by his /her immediate supervisor

Requirements:

BSc Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or other similar fields with a minimum of 5 years work experience in construction or real estate sectors

Competencies:

  • Advanced  computer skills
  • AutoCAD Soft ware
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Have  excellent mathematical and accounting skills
  • The optimum utilization of resources.
  • Team work

Position 2: Store Keeper

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Receives the incoming materials, place in storage to the assigned category of Rack/Shelf properly and recording GRN (Goods Received voucher) and also update BIN card;
  • Issues materials based on the SR (Store request form) which comes from the user department;
  • Captures the issued store items on SIV (Store Issue Voucher); and makes sure that the authorized person(s) are signed on it. Updates the BIN card and reports
  • Records the Daily IN and OUT movement summary make reconciliation and report to immediate supervisor;
  • Justifies if there is any discrepancy between the physical count & record balance and accountable for discrepancies;
  • Maintains records of tools, equipment’s and all materials under store and within site;
  • Prepares consumption reports and inform to immediate supervisor or the Site Manager the item that  could  below a minimum reorder level;
  • Follows up PO/PR material from purchase department to insure timely supply;
  • Updates the stock periodically; and inform in advance before getting out of stock;
  • Implements 5S  Kaizen principles (Set in order, Sort, shine, Standardize and Sustain;
  • Ensures that the company Fixed asset or tools are issuing and returning inconformity with company’s SOP (Standard Operating Procedure);
  • Prepares periodic performance report (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual) and submits to his/her immediate supervisor;
  • Performs other duties as assigned by her immediate supper visor.

Requirements:

BA degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Purchasing  and Supply Management and related fields with  2 years  and above  work experience in construction or real estate sector.

Competencies:

  • Microsoft software (Word, Excel, internet)
  • Familiarity  with Inventory Software
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to details
  • Compliant, trustworthy, dedicated and willing to go extra miles

Position 3: Foreman

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Prepares action Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals in consultation with immediate supervisor;
  • Measures quality of works in meters, plumb bob, tamper( Riga), water level and verifies as work in progress with construction tools;
  • Precedes casting and constructing the certified work after consultation with immediate supervisor;  Ensures that the construction work is to be done efficiently and effectively proper utilization of resources;
  • Coordinates and performs field activities including estimating, scheduling, and quality control; supervise s and ensures that the overall operations on the site arte implemented  in accordance with the given drawing and direction and maintain a friendly environment Produce employee and project schedules;
  • Ensures that projects operations are implemented within the allotted budget, time and quality standards;
  • Makes sure that workers do their jobs efficiently and safely, as well as following safety rules and all safety procedures in case of an emergency;
  • Plan the schedule of working hours and shifts of the workers according to the requirements;
  • Notifies to immediate supervisor if  any special assignment is given  or if damaged work  is happened;
  • Confirms material request and sign upon approval of immediate supervisor;
  • Full fills manpower requirements through and in consultation with supervisor;
  • Maintains safety and environmental standards and guidelines and ensure compliance with state and federal laws;
  • Maintains and updates job-related documentation, including progress, safety, quality, and timecards and submits Report the work progress on a weekly basis;
  • Prepares periodic activity report and submit to his/ her immediate supervisor; 
  • Performs other similar activities as assigned by his /her immediate supervisor

Requirements:

Diploma in construction with a minimum of 7 years work experience in construction or real estate sector.

Competencies:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in construction company
  • Knowledge of building requirements and scheduling methods
  • Excellent knowledge of construction operations and  project management skills
  • Excellent communication|& interpersonal skills
  • Good coordinator & team  player

Position 4: Marketing Manager

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Developing marketing strategies for reality real estate products.
  • Research new media opportunities that may benefit the Real estate
  • Creating brand awareness
  • Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing
  • Content creation and leading marketing campaigns
  • Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market
  • Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management,
  • Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
  • Leading and training a team of Marketing Associates
  • Partnering with sales department to increase company leads.
  • Oversee all marketing campaigns for their company or department
  • Implement strategy to promote reality real estate products
  • Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support

  • leading the digital marketing team, helping in content creation, monitoring and supervision
  • meeting targeted lead generation plans

Bachelor Degree in Marketing management or related fields with a minimum of 10 years work experience.

Position 5: Data Collector

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Make plan for site visit according to their site schedule work time line to each site so that there will not be missed detail work.
  • Reading and understanding each site drawings.
  • Notifying daily Drawing changes or decisions that will be made on site for every site to office engineer.
  • Understanding the changes of any work and writing down briefly for report and documentation for every site.
  • Taking measurements of any work on every site for preparing payment, for material requesting or documentation.
  • Take full responsibility for the measurements taken on every work items.
  • Checking and reporting if new sub-contract is starting work on each site.
  • Good communication with site engineers and sub-contractors on every site.
  • Reporting every work to your superiors, office engineer-1 and project manager.

Requirements:

Degree in civil engineering, building construction and three years of experience in building construction or

Diploma in civil engineering, building construction and 5 years of experience in building construction

Competencies:

  • Experience in using drawing software
  • Team work

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Position 6: Sales Consultant

Required: 4

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients

  • Stay up date with the real estate market
  • Attend industry events, meetings and conferences to expand knowledge and network
  • Manages time efficiently, share company vision and Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays as required.

Requirements:

BA/BSC Degree in any field of studies with a minimum of 2 years proven a track record of successful sales experience in Real Estate Company is required.
