TimeX Trading PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following positions.

Position 1: Transport and Assistance General Service officer


  • Making sure vehicles are properly maintained.
  • Inspecting vehicles.
  • Assist the General Services Activities.
  • Arranging repairs and routine maintenance of all vehicles.
  • Ensuring that all drivers and operators have the correct, up to date qualifications.
  • Reducing the risk of vehicle overloading.
  • Maintaining and completing accurate records
  • Support General service operations and property administration
  • Lead the general services and property administration guidelines and procedures such as property admin, motor pool, fuel and utilities management and maintenance, insurance,
  • Manage all service contracts with service providing companies and vendors including insurance companies, travel agency, companies, equipment/furniture maintenance companies, etc.
  • Ensure the proper management and regular maintenance of all office vehicles, including rented vehicles, their gas usage, repairs of property,  utilities in the offices
  • Ensure that all important documents related to general services operations and administration including contract agreements, correspondences are kept appropriately
  • Work closely with HR office for tracking issues related to entitlements/working tools
  • Provide relocation support to any expatriate staff including in the identification establishing services such as utilities, clearing through customs, etc. and providing other assistance to facilitate entry into or departure from country
  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • Follows up & manage issues related with services vehicles maintenance & insurances  

Academic qualification:

TVIT Level 4 in Auto Mechanic   or Auto Electrician and other related field.

Minimum of 4 Year Experience in transport & Assistance General  Service officer

Position 2: Senior Procurement Officer

Senior Procurement Officer Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing, comparing and analyzing, products and services to be purchased.
  • Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
  • Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
  • Participate in purchase process.
  • Make sure that at least 3 Performa invoices are collected for each purchase.
  • Make sure that purchase is made as per purchase committee recommendation and as per GM approval.
  • Make sure purchased items are as per Specification of requesting body.
  • Use expert’s assistance when Specification is not clear no Specification.
  • Issue Purchase orders up on approval of bid.
  • Request petty cash for purchases under the limit of purchase. Committee.
  • Strictly register & follow up Procurement process.
  • Make sure that purchases made are delivered to store.
  • Follow up settlement of purchase advances
  • Performa’s of all tasks assigned by his supervision.

Academic qualification:

  • BA business management or Procurement and Supply management or a similar field preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Supervisory and management experience.
  • Attention to detail

Work Experience፡

At Least 4+ years of experience as a senior procurement officer or in a similar position.
