Position: Sales Consultant
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, marketing, and advertising efforts
- Identify customer needs, preferences, and financial concerns
- Conduct successful office consultation and site visits
- Negotiate and close deals
Job Requirement:
Requirements: A minimum of 2 (two) years proven sales experience in Real Estate Company is required.
Competencies:
- Passionate for helping clients find their dream home
- Very outgoing and out spoken, with an upbeat personality
- Confident
- Reliable and self-motivated and Positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High Negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Industry knowledge
