REALITY S.C would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: General service and transportation officer

Job Requirement

• Qualification: BA Degree in management and related field of study
• Experience: four years relevant experience

 

Position 2: Store keeper

Job Requirement

• Qualification: MA/BA Degree in supplies Management and other related
• Experience:
  • With 4 years related experience
  • Experience at real estate is a plus advantage

 

Position 3: Receptionist

Job Summary

Receives and assists guests to the office courteously and replies to queries by providing information while being as prudent as possible.

• Receives and assists guests to the office courteously and replies to queries by providing information while being as prudent as possible.
• Responds to all guests or visitors’ questions and requests by forwarding phone calls to concerned person.
• Assists visitors to leave messages where the employee desired is not around and ensures that the messages are received
• Manages and route incoming calls to the appropriate personnel
• Effectively communicates information to guests and internal staff
• Handles inquiries and provide information about the organization’s services;
• Directs visitors to the relevant person or department.
• Organizes the documents at the reception area regularly displaying relevant and useful information for the attention of guests and visitors.
• Makes official phone calls on behalf of executive members and senior managers.
• Maintains an attractive, pleasant and neat front desk area.
• Updates staff contact sheet on any changes as required.
• Assists with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
• Reports any telephone faults to the IT Officer or Ethio-telecom for immediate maintenance.
• Prepares periodic reports and submit to immediate supervisor.
• Performs other similar activities as signed by his/her immediate supervisor.

 

Position 4: Data Collector

Job Requirement

• Qualification and Experience:
  • Degree in civil engineering, building construction and one year and above of experience in building construction
  • Diploma in civil engineering, building construction and 4 years of experience in building construction.

 

Position 5: Marketing manager

Job Requirement

• Qualification and: BA/MA Degree in marketing management or related fields.
• Experience:
  • 4 years and above relevant experience in real estate.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools.

Position 6: Safety engineer

Job Requirement

• Qualification:
  • Degree in civil engineering, building construction and 3 year and above of experience in as safety engineer
  • Diploma in civil engineering, building construction and 6 year and above of experience in as safety engineer.
