The main services provided by the company are Data Center, Cloud ERP hosting, E-commerce, Financial Technology, Virtual Internet Service Providing and Sales Automation.
We are looking for a Junior Project Functional Consultant to support our ERP implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic graduate or entry-level professional eager to build a career in ERP consulting.
Red Cloud ICT Solutions would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position: Junior Project Functional Consultant
Requirement
- Bachelor degree of computer science, software engineering, information technology and other related fields.
- Strong interest in ERP systems.
- Analytical thinking and a passion for solving business problems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
Experience: 0 year
You will work closely with clients and technical teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, and ensure successful configuration and support of ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements for ERP solutions.
- Support ERP configuration, testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Analyze and model business processes to align with ERP functionalities.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to communicate business needs.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support during and after implementations.
- Help prepare user manuals, guides, and system documentation.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshooting activities.
- Stay updated on ERP system features, updates, and best practices.
