Major Duties:
- Publish and update websites.
- Monitor application and database servers.
- Managing database access and permissions.
- Ensuring that databases meet users’ requirements.
- Liaising with programmers, applications/operational staff, IT project managers and other technical staff.
- Archiving data
- Ensure that storage and archiving procedures and functioning correctly
- Write database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary (metadata).
- Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data.
- Minimize database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses.

Major Duties:
Monitor, maintain and configure RED Cloud customer’s LAN network.
Optimize and troubleshoot RED Cloud customer’s network.
Install and configure WTTX and wireless routers for cloud subscribers.
Develop, implement and maintain information security policies, procedures and programs to protect information assets.
Monitor compliance with information security policies and procedures.
Ensure that security controls are integrated into day to day business process.
Plan, manage and execute security risk assessments.
Maintain the organizations incident response plans and lead security incident investigations.
Design, develop and deliver security awareness training programs for all employees as well as customers.
