Position 1: Operation Officer
Duty Summary
The Operations Officer is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager with directing, developing, managing, and motivating employees involved in company office operations and ensuring the operational integrity of assigned functions and adherence to company policies and procedures. The Operation Officer is also responsible in developing company policies, monitor compliance, and oversee projects and budgets. Besides She/he has a significant role in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers and providing exemplary customer service. This is typically a first-line assistant supervisor position that focuses on providing technical oversight to assigned staff while gaining supervisory experience.
Detail duties and responsibilities
- Develop company policies, ensuring compliance, and oversee projects and budgets.
- Set operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectations.
- Planning and budgeting for projects.
- Tracking operational costs toward maintaining profit-margins.
- Analyzing and maintaining operational data, and monitoring product inventories.
- Oversees the daily activities of the assigned functional area, prioritizing, ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly.
- Ensure that operational activities are executed in line with core business objectives, allotted budget and timelines.
- Provide support to all business units including administrative, financial and human resource departments.
- Ensure resource assignment, work allocation, training development and performance assessment are completed in line with the company goals and in timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationship with customers.
- Fostering relationships between clients, suppliers and vendors.
- Improving operational procedures to promote efficiency.
- Monitoring operation costs to maintain or increase profit margins
- Innovating services and processes
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Job Requirements
Education and experience:
- Education Level: Holding at least a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Project Management, Strategic Management, Business Management, Economics or similar.
- 5+ years’ experience.
- Working in health-related operations and leadership positions is more preferable.
- Having work experience in a private company is considered a plus.
Competences
Knowledge Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning.
- Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability.
- Advanced knowledge of best business practices.
- Experience with budgets and financial reports, and monitoring expenses.
- Need to have an in-depth understanding of the market,
Required skills
- Communication: the operation officer needs to communicate company goals, policies and procedures, and findings from data analysis.
- Knowledge of business practices: in order to keep the company running smoothly, the operation officer must use knowledge of business practice in any necessary programs.

Position 2: Cashier
Duties and responsibilities:
- Insure the timely cash collection from customers based on the company policy and issuance of appropriate cash collection receipts to them.
- Handling petty cash fund, prepare petty cash payment vouchers , and effect petty cash payments upon authorization of Finance Head, and also handle other cash payments that has to be made in cash.
- Prepare petty cash replenishment and request and replenished the petty cash whenever the amount of petty cash fund reached at a minimum amount level.
- Managing petty cash, including matching, clearing transactions, and reconciliation
- Assist Accountants with provision of information to internal /external auditors.
- Document every cash collection receipt together with appropriate supporting documents and handed over to respective accountant or finance section.
- Handling the cash register machine and the systems related with according the tax laws, regulations, and to the tax authority directives and adhere the laws related with the cash collection law and regulation and directives.
- Handling all cash register related documents properly and ensure those documents are placed at the proper place as required by the law and directives, and ensure the cash register machine’s annual maintenance and inspection carry on according to the tax authority directives. .
- Banking; withdraw and deposit cash
- Settle accountability sheet and receipts and reconcile
- Maintaining bank balance record up to date
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly collection follow up reports and submit to the finance head.
- Assist the accountant in posting payment and collection documents to the system.
- Support the income reconciliation process by extracting relevant reports.
- Keep cheque books, cash, and documents safe all the time.
- Any other duties requested by Finance Head or responsible accountant.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum diploma in Accounting, Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum professional experience in related field 1 year for BA and 3 years for Diploma
- Good knowledge of standard computer application such as MS Office application.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently.
