Job Requirements
1. Required skills: Management Information System (MIS), Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) graduate with 0 years of relevant work experience for degree and 2 years for diploma;
2. Additional Skills: Special Training Certificate in Human Resource Information System (HRMIS);
3. Work place: Gambella, Asosa, Jigjiga, Dolo Ado, Semera,
4. Responsibilities of the position
• Updating the management of the computer system (ERP) being used by human resource management;
• Compile personal file of employees and keep it in computer system (ERP) and update it regularly.
• Identifying and updating the names of employees who have been newly hired, promoted, terminated, transferred, improved their education level and changed their job position on the system, and submit the report to the relevant department;
• Performs tasks related to human resources computer systems and personnel files;
