INSTRUCTIONS TO THE BIDDERS
Submission of the RFP
The proposal shall be submitted on or before 9:00 pm, Mar 17, 2026 via mail to the address below and in person to Century Executive Tower, Atlas Bole, 2nd Floor, EDGE Program Office.
Both technical and financial proposals must be submitted in soft copy via email and in hard copy (sealed envelope) by the date stated above.

The original hard copy bid document shall be put in an envelope, sealed and marked the tender reference at the top of the envelope as follows: “Tender No EDGE/RFP/HD/0003/2026: – Provision of Training Services – EDGE Program (FetroAder, Qegint & Ride Kitchen)

All correspondence and documents relating to this RFP exchanged by the bidder and Hybrid Designs shall be written in the English language.
Clarification of Documents
Bidder/s requiring any clarification may send an inquiry in writing via email to the Program manager, Zufan Tesfaye, zufan@ridepmo.et and copied to the senior procurement officer, Desalegn Alem desalegn.a@hybriddesignsplc.com, who shall respond in writing to any request for clarification, which is received not later than Seven working (7) days prior to the deadline for the submission of bids.
Written copies of the response (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of inquiry) shall be sent to all bidders who have been invited to bid. The Program Manager shall reply to any clarifications sought by the bidder(s) within 2 working days of receiving the request to enable the bidder(s) to make a timely submission of their bid.
