RIDE is the largest taxi booking platform in Ethiopia, primarily operating in Addis Ababa and Djibouti. Founded by Samrawit Fikru, it has become one of the most recognized brands in Ethiopia over 11 years.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Junior Booking Agent to join our call center team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer bookings, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Hybrid Designs (RIDE) would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Junior Booking Agent
Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Managment , Marketing, Business Administration, Public administration, or related fields.
Experience: Zero Years of experience
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Good data entry and computer skills (MS Office, CRM, booking software).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, platform in a timely and professional manner.
Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the company’s reservation system.
Provide service information, pricing, and availability to customers.
Basic computer and smartphone usage.
Familiarity with data entry and customer call logging systems.
Typing speed of at least 25–35 WPM is recommended.
