Position 1: Junior Tender Officer
Responsibilities
Preparation of tender documents
Follow up on delivery of products after signing of the contract and reporting
Follow up on the result of our bid offer
Check news papers for bid announcement that are compatible with the company and ordering to be bought
Help out the export department when necessary
JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualification:
Diploma In any department
Minimum 0 years Experienced, Experience in bidding is encouraged
Excellent communication to detail and accuracy
Fast typing skills
Excellent in English and Amharic language
Excellent in basic computer skill
Ready to learn and understand, with some knowledge of bidding

Position 2: Senior Accountant
Job Summery
Responsibilities
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Ensures the reconciliation of all bank accounts, receivable and payable, office versus balance sheet accounts where in subsidiary ledgers are maintained.
- Participate and Follow in preparation of Cost Building up Sheet For Imported Items
- Support month-end and year-end closing process
- Manage accounting assistants and bookkeeper
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Develop, maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Provide input into department’s goal setting process
- Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
- Prepare Interim financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
- Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS principles
- Facilitate auditing activities conducted by internal or external auditors by providing necessary documents, answering queries and giving certification pertaining to accounting records and reports
- Coordinating receipt, disbursement and other analytically options
- Ensures compliance with financial and Governmental regulation
Job Requirement
Qualification:
- Two Years of Proven experience as a senior accountant
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Awareness of business trends
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process of ERCA
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Peachtree and MS Excel skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
Work experience: 1-2 year
Position 3: Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties
- Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents
- Filing documents, as Well as entering data and maintaining databases.
- Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public.
- Directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments.
- Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings.
- Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required.
- Observing the best business prentices and etiquette
Job Requirement
Qualification:
- High school diploma or degree
- Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training
- Experience as an administrative secretary would be advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in managing documents, and databases.
- Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters
- Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
