Position 1: Import and Export Documentation Officer
Responsibilities:
Documentation Preparation:
Prepare and review all import/export documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
Compliance:
Ensure all documentation complies with national and international trade laws and customs regulations.
Stay informed about changes in legislation and customs procedures.
Coordination:
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth shipping processes.
Liaise with internal departments, such as logistics, sales, and finance, to ensure that all relevant documentation is accurate and complete.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions, ensuring they are easily accessible for audits and compliance checks.
Prepare periodic reports on import/export activities and documentation status.
Problem Resolution
Address any issues related to documentation discrepancies, shipment delays, or customs inquiries.
Serve as a point of contact for any queries regarding import/export documentation.
Training:
Provide guidance and training to new staff on import/export documentation processes and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

Experience:
2-5 years of experience in import/export documentation or a related role.
Familiarity with international shipping, customs laws, and trade regulations.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using documentation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Position 2: HR and Planning Officer
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s overall business plan.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and on boarding.
Oversee employee performance management, including appraisals and development plans.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Plan workforce needs and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
Coordinate staff training and development programs.
Prepare HR-related reports and forecasts for senior management.

Job Requirement
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of three years of experience in HR, workforce planning, or a similar position.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Position 3: Accountant
Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting transactions.
Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely bank payments and tax returns.
Maintain balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Analyze financial trends and data.
Provide budget recommendations and advise on cost-saving measures to increase profits
Job Requirement
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum of three years working experience in a similar position
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Forex Exchange Bureau Specialist
Job Requirement
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field, with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in English, Amharic, and Afaan Oromo; additional national languages are an advantage.
Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets and currency trading.
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in financial services or banking.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility with working hours.

Position 5: Trade Service Officers
Job Requirement
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field, with at least two years of banking experience. Experience in international banking is essential
Proficiency in English, Amharic, and Afaan Oromo is required. Knowledge of additional national languages is an advantage
Strong understanding of trade finance principles and practices.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility with working hours.
