It is engaged in multidisciplinary segments; from coffee export to import of FMCGs, to the Romina branded restaurants, a patisserie line called Koba, cremeria named Bacio as well as being the exclusive agent of Jaquar World in Ethiopia. Currently the company is managing more than 800 employees.
Romina PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Stock Accountant
Qualification:
- BA degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory records by reconciling physical stock with the company’s software system.
- Conduct regular stock counts and compare results against system records.
- Track delivery quantities against receipts to verify accuracy.
- Report updated stock quantities in the system promptly and accurately.
- Identify “dead stock” and recommend write-offs or markdowns to clear outdated inventory.
- Investigate discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to improve inventory management processes.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Assistant Store Manager
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Business Management or Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Manager with daily administrative, operational, and leadership tasks.
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage team performance through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure store safety and security protocols are consistently followed.
- Oversee regular audits to safeguard company assets and prevent losses.
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Monitor for theft, damage, and compliance with company policies.
- Support in driving sales and achieving store performance targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.
