Royal Foam, Spring Mattress and Plastic Manufacturing PLC invites competent and qualified candidates for the following positions.

Position 1: Senior Treasury Accountant

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Record daily collections and payments on respective bank book of corporate accounts.
  • Facilitate bank accounts opening and maintain proper record of opened and closed bank accounts and manages relationship with client Banks.
  • Manage petty cash allocated for business units or departments as assigned by the managing director in consultation with the Finance Manager and the respective line manager.
  • Collect revenues of the Company by cheques, reconcile cash sales invoices using cash register Machine and with “Z Report”.
  • Prepare various payment instructions, CPO, bank transfer and ensure that all banks transactions recorded & maintained in the system.
  • Check and verify all payments, receivables and prepare cash flow related reports.
  • Ensure safeguarding and effective documentation of financial documents under company custody.
  • Collect all important inventory and finance documents from branches.
  • Follow credit sales and purchase agreements and necessary related documents and collect unconditional bank Guarantee with in specific time period.
  • Prepare of treasury report like cash flow and loan reports.
  • Review of accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness for reporting.
  • Manage cash flows and disbursements.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations report.
  • Assist annual, Monthly and weekly forecast of cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
  • Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance on financial policies and SoPs to maintain good internal control system and operational processes for internal and external audit review.
  • Assist in closing of accounts during month end at company and departmental level within stipulated timelines.

Job Requirements:

Qualification:

 BA Degree in Accounting and Accounting & Finance graduate from recognized university.

Work Experience:

At least four (4) years relative experience.

Skills and behaviors:

  • Effective Finance skill
  • Good communication and Effective team building skill
  • Good relationship with co-workers
  • Computer skill (Peachtree and other financial application software)
  • Adequate knowledge of IFRS
  • Proven experience in treasury management.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of risk management

Position 2: Senior Human Resource Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement the human resources strategy within assigned departments taking into consideration strategic goals and objectives.
  • Deliver all aspects of HR services within agreed HR management policy and procedures and also provide reports and matrices on assigned department’s performance.
  • Provide input to HR policy formulation, implement and interpret HR policy and procedures and ensure effective and proactive communication across assigned departments on policies, procedures and services
  • Provide overall expertise in HRM, Payroll Processing, Records Management and Separation and be the reference point to the factory management and HR team.
  • Own and drive recruitment, on boarding, talent management and motivation needs of assigned departments ensuring each process meets organization goals.
  • Manage succession, staff development and workforce planning as essential activities within the assigned departments.
  • Ensure departmental data in the HRMIS relating to records management, leave, payroll and other HR duties are coordinated and executed within expected standards
  • Ensure effective implementation of performance management processes and systems for the Program and link these to the Program’s Learning and Development strategy.
  • Manage all staff welfare and employee relations matters within assigned departments and ensure timely and adequate resolution of any issues so as to promote a harmonious working environment.
  • Lead and supervise HR staff supporting assigned departments, ensuring they have clear objectives and resources need to perform their tasks.
  • Performs other job-related duties as required by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualification:

 BA degree in Human Resource Management or any other relative filed from recognized university.

Work Experience:

At least 4 years and above hands on human resources management experience.

Skills and behaviors:

  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams across various sites.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to analyze problems and devise pragmatic and sustainable solutions.
  • Ability to maintain a strategic view and Good skill in attention to details
  • Strong leadership and time management skills.
  • Excellent planning and follow through ability.
  • Good communication skill in Amharic and Affanne Oromo is advantageous.

Position 3: Senior Fleet Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, supervising, coaching, and adhere efficient and strict driver schedules.
  • Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection program.
  • Develop strategies to ensuring that company policies are followed regarding vehicle maintenance, accident prevention, fuel efficiency, and other driving practices.
  • Assisting in the recruitment Interviewing, discipline, and termination of drivers and hiring new employees, including performing background checks as needed and  establishing procedures for employee performance evaluations.
  • Tracking driver attendance, health, and other statuses.
  • Ensuring drivers’ adherence to applicable transport regulations (e.g., Hours of Service compliance).
  • Adapt appropriate information system and technologies with route and operations.
  • Maintaining constant communication with drivers.
  • Training drivers on risk management and safety protocols standards
  • Communicating with dispatch to ensure that drivers have accurate information about their routes
  • Conducting regular safety inspections of vehicles to ensure that they are in good working order.
  • Request and receive fuel coupon and lubricants.   Issue to concerned personnel and replenish as per the receipt.
  • Follows up the 3rd party insurance and annual technical inspection of vehicles of the company and settle the necessary debt the company owes to.
  • Reviewing safety reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assigning routes to drivers based on traffic patterns, customer needs, and other factors
  • Discharges and executes other job-related duties and responsibilities as required by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualification:

 BA Degree in Logistic and supply chain Management or any another related fields from recognized university

Work Experience:

At least four (4) years in fleet or logistics transportation supervisor position or relative.

Skills and behaviors:

  • Good Communication, Leadership, Decision making, Problem- solving and Time management skill.
  • Proven experience in fleet management and planning.
  • Proven experience in supervising and verifying through audit investigations.
  • Manufacturing Business acumen.
  • Interpersonal and cross-functional skills.

Position 4: General Service & Property Administrator

Job Requirements

Qualification:

 BA Graduate in HR, management, Public Administration, Business Administration and related filed from Recognized University.

Work Experience:

At least Six (6) years in related experience.

Skills and behaviors:

  • Good Communication, Leadership, Decision making skill.
  • Good Problem- solving and Time management skill.
  • Good skill in attention to details.
  • Good communication in Amharic and Affanne Oromo is advantageous.

Position 5: Senior ICT Officer

Job Requirements

Qualification:

 BSC degree in a computer science, Information Technology, Information Communication Technology or related field from Recognized University.

Work Experience:

At least four (4) years relative experience.

Skills and behaviors:

  • Good knowledge in hardware installation, software, security and networking technology.
  • Ability to manage and update the social media and website.
  • Ability of strong knowledge of desktop support for Microsoft operating systems and applications and troubleshooting, TCP/IP and basic network concepts, and printing technologies (Laser, Thermal, Inkjet, etc.).
  • Moderate understanding of routers, switches, and networking technology.

Position 6: Internal Auditor

Job Requirements

Qualification:

 MA or BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Accounting and Finance from recognized university

Work Experience:

At least six (4) years of relevant experience for MA or eight (6) years for BA, including at least three (2) years of Audit experience in similar organizations, is required for both.

Skills and behaviors:

  • Demonstrated ability to show initiative, solve problems, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure
  • Proven ability to prioritize and to initiate follow-through
  • Independently motivated, but also able to work closely and collaboratively as a member of a highly interdependent team.
  • Ability to make sound decision provides effective leadership, and pay close attention to detail.
  • Experience in accounting software and advanced Excel spreadsheet system design and implementation is preferred
