Position 1: Specialist CVM Development and Operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data development, ETL workflows, or campaign platform operations.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, or equivalent container orchestration systems.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD, FluxCD), Git-based workflows, and automation scripts.
- Strong knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, with ability to write and debug complex queries and stored procedures.
- Hands-on experience with Linux server administration and shell scripting for job automation and monitoring.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment on virtualized or hybrid environments.
- Experience in monitoring tools, log analysis, and root cause analysis for system incidents.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle platforms, CVM campaign orchestration, and telecom marketing flows is a plus.
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Ansible) is highly desirable.
- Coding experience using Java/python/R/SQL/ PLSQL
- Experience in collecting, storing, processing and analysing large volumes of data.
- Proficient understanding of databases at the logical, physical, and conceptual levels

Position 2: Executive Head of Department Trade Marketing
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Degree in a Business-related field
- Post graduate certification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
- Intermediate knowledge of business finance principles is essential.
- 8 years’ hands on experience in Sales Distribution management in a FMCG or service sector of which 2 years must have been in a sales managerial position, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods company

- Excellent team player with good Leadership/mentoring/management skills.
- Developing external partnerships and strategic alliances
- Excellent Negotiation/Influencing practices.

Position 3: Executive Head of Department -Treasury
Professional qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant (CPA-K, CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) with an honors degree from a recognized university.
- 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in an international company.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience.
Efficiently manage all treasury operations, including forex and cash management. Ensure the company has access to the most suitable banking products and services, maintains strong banking relationships, and delivers accurate cash flow forecasts. Guarantee full compliance with taxation legislation, provide tax advice to minimize liabilities, and maintain excellent relationships with the KRA.
