Position 1: TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR) – PROJECT COORDINATOR
About You
10. Qualifications & Experience (Essential)
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing the full cycle of development/humanitarian projects (NGO setting preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in donor reporting (narrative and financial) for institutional or private donors.
• Strong financial management skills (budget tracking, forecasting).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis.
• Personal commitment to the mission and values of the Salesians of Don Bosco.
Position 2: TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR) – PROJECT OFFICER
About You
8. Qualifications and Experience
Education bachelor’s degree in development studies, Project Management and related fields
Experience Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management, coordination, or implementation within an NGO
Technical Skills Knowledge of project cycle management, M&E frameworks, and report writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Languages Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of Amharic
Position 3: TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR) – ACCOUNTANT
About You
8. Qualifications and Experience
Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance
Experience Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably with an NGO or donor-funded project.
Technical Skills Proficiency in accounting software; advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with Ethiopian tax laws and financial regulations.
Languages Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Personal Attributes High integrity, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal and communication skills
