Position 1: General manager
Job Summery

Lead and manage the company & all projects on hand.
Attending all Meetings related to the company on behalf of the Owner
Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and regulations
Strong leadership and team management skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure projects are completed on time
Manage project budgets and resources effectively
Develop and implement strategic plans for project execution
Supervise and mentor engineering department
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Prepare and present project reports
Job Requirement
Candidates Minimum Required Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering or related fields
Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction Sector
Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction projects or company on managerial position
In-depth knowledge of civil engineering standards and regulations
Proficiency in different engineering software
Proven track record of the above listed requirments is mandatory

Position 2: Building Administrator
Job Summery
Some of the Job Details-but not only
Coordinating and overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs.
Demonstrated strong leadership, communication skill are essential
Managing and directing cleaning and security staff and activities.
Preparing and carrying out emergency protocols and procedures
Maintaining a safe environment for building occupants and visitors.
Preparing and managing/monitoring repair and maintenance related budgets.
Negotiating and liaising with third party service providers.
Conducting regular building inspections and preparing reports.
Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.
Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses.
Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings.
Responding to inquiries and requests by building tenants and resolving any problems or issues.
Maintain awareness of building related problems and communicate with the appropriate department for correction of those problems
Job Requirement
Candidates Minimum Required Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
Minimum of 10 years’ experience
