Position 1: Administrative Assistant

Qualifications

  • From a recognized educational institution BSC in Business Management, linguistics, Sociology, Nursing
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • English average written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Position 2: Information Desk or Front Desk Receptionist

Qualifications:

  • From a recognized educational institution BA in Management or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)

Qualifications

  • Able to handle stress and remain calm

Qualifications:

  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders

  • knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • An Accountant takes care of all financial matters within a company.
  • Like keeping and interpreting financial records.
  • They may oversee responsibilities like reconciling bank statements and calculating payroll to keep their company in strong financial standing
