SARIA Consultancy PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Executive Assistant

Job Summery

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Organize the manager’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences.

Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and maintain travel records for managers and clients.

Prepare and maintain department’s data, ensuring information is organized, and accessible.

Maintain electronic and paper records with confidentiality and accessibility.

Plan and oversee office activities and events; attend on behalf of the manager as needed.

Facilitate communication and coordination between units and the Executive Office.

Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondences including calls and emails.

Greet and assist visitors; identify needs and arrange appointments or referrals.

Organize information and create reference tools for ease of access.

Type and edit circulars, memos, reports, and confidential letters.

Ensure timely submission of departmental reports to the manager’s office.

Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide problem-solving support.

Assist in preparing and editing proposals and reports.

Maintain accurate records of all correspondences.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in a similar / related role.

Additional Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office and back-office software (e.g., ERP) is a plus.

Strong understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.

Methodical and detail-oriented with strong research skills

Work Place: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Treasury Manager

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize liquidity.

Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure operational funds are available.

Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions for financing and investments.

Create strategies to mitigate financial risks from currency fluctuations, interest rates, and market volatility.

Evaluate and recommend financial products and services to enhance treasury operations.

Optimize working capital and capital structures.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to treasury activities.

Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management.

Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business units to align treasury activities with business objectives.

Oversee investment transactions and review management fees.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, with at least 3 years as a Treasury Officer.

Additional Skills:

Strong knowledge of financial markets and banking operations.

Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software.

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Excellent team-building and supervision skills

Proficient in computer applications

Work Place: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Foreign and Local Procurement Officer

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop procurement schedules based on departmental needs and approved budgets;

Prepare bid documents, select appropriate advertising media, and ensure compliance;

Participated in the annual procurement forecasting and budget preparation activities;

Verify completeness of requests for goods/services before processing;

Draft and maintain standard contract documents, Terms of Reference and bid evaluation reports;

Prepare award letters for suppliers in consultation with the Procurement Department Head;

Ensure procured items/services meet standards, requirements, and delivery schedules;

Collect quotations, evaluate and select suppliers, and organize transportation and storage as needed;

Conduct semi-annual evaluation for potential suppliers through price comparisons;

Maintain comprehensive procurement records and an updated suppliers list;

Ensure procurement processes adhere to standards and guidelines;

Foster transparent business relationships with suppliers and vendors;

Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Management or related field.

4+ years of relevant experience.

Additional Skills:

Strong time management and supervision skills.

Excellent team-building and negotiation skills.

Proficient in computer applications

Work Place: Addis Ababa
