Save the Children would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Invitation to Consultancy Firms for Conducting Case Studies to Highlight Project Impacts LEGO Foundation Childhood Development Activity (CDA)

About You

Financial document should be submitted in a sealed envelope by clearly mentioning the bidder’s name, address, tender reference number (SCI-ET-2026-007), and the tender title at the SCI office, Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, Meskel Square, next to Marriott Hotel, Sunshine building, 6th floor, Supply chain office. No later than COB March 4, 2026.

Position 2: Program Manager – Cash Assistance

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Recommended 10 years of relevant progressive experience, out of which 5 years in managerial positions. experience in a humanitarian environment including significant field operations experience running both emergency & development programs is required Skills/Ability required:
  • Significant management experience working in emergency response or fragile state contexts.
  • Direct experience in implementing cash assistance Programs , market analysis and economic recovery.
  • Previous experience of managing highly technical teams in CVA implementation
  • Previous experience of working as Consortium manager would be preferable
  • Previous experience of project management
  • Experience of and commitment to working through systems of community participation and accountability
  • Demonstrated monitoring and evaluation skills
  • Ability to work both in an advisory and a hands on implementation capacity
  • Ability to speak and write Amharic and other local languages is preferable

Position 3: MEAL Officer

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BSc/BA/ MSc/MA degree in an area of statistics, economics, social science or equivalent. MA/MSc preferred

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Minimum of three years, and NGO experience in a MEAL role in both emergency and development contexts, preferably with solid experience in more than one of the following priority sectors: education, protection, rights governance, HIV/AIDs, health and nutrition, and emergencies
  • Direct experience of rolling out and managing MEAL systems and of working on all aspects of MEAL
  • Demonstrated commitment to building staff capacity, skills in training and capacity building
  • Experience of solving complex issues through analysis, definition of a clear way forward and ensuring buy in
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing, negotiation and coaching
  • Highly developed cultural awareness and ability to work well in an international environment with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Strong results orientation, with the ability to challenge existing mindsets
  • Ability to present complex information in a succinct and compelling manner
  • Ability and willingness to dramatically change work practices and hours, and work with incoming surge teams, in the event of emergencies
  • Fluency in English, and other national/local languages both verbal and written essential

Position 4: Field Coordinator – Cash Assistance

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master degree in development or other Project Management, social sciences or related fields.
  • Experience: cash assistance program in humanitarian setting, preferable digital cash assistance programming

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Recommended 10 years of relevant progressive experience, out of which 5 years in managerial positions. experience in a humanitarian environment including significant field operations experience running both emergency & development programs is required Skills/Ability required:
  • Significant management experience working in emergency response or fragile state contexts.
  • Direct experience in implementing cash assistance programs , market analysis and economic recovery.
  • Previous experience of managing highly technical teams in CVA implementation

Position 5: Cash Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in cash programming, finance, accounting, humanitarian assistance, or NGO operations.
  • Experience in cash transfer programming (CTP) or WFP-funded projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong documentation, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
  • Experience working with Financial Service Providers (FSPs) preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in English and Amharic; Afan Oromo is mandatory (additional local languages are an asset).
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural and field-based environments.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, digital data collection tools, registration platforms).

Position 6: Compliance Feedback Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Social sciences, Public or Business administration, or equivalent

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience working in customer service roles. NGO experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to organize work, maintain self-control when working under pressure, and multi-task effectively
  • Strong communication skills in English, and Afan Oromo (in addition to Amharic) is mandatory
  • Team player with experience in a multi-cultural environment
  • Demonstrate ethical and professional competencies by respecting feedback provider confidentiality.
  • Address needs and requests in a professional manner.
  • Handling calls that can be distressful, ensuring that such calls are treated with the degree of empathy and understanding commensurate with the sensitivity of the call and the vulnerability of the caller.
  • Report any incident or act that causes any harm to focal points
  • Multilingual i.e. speaks Amharic, Oromia, English etc. very well
