The Company has started its business with the e-transport services – Seregela Ride Taxi Services and now diversified to an e-commerce business with a digital platform SeregelaGebeya.com to sell and distribute fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) which is highly consumed daily by consumers.
Seregela Ride Taxi Service PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Tele-Sales Representative
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a similar role
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Preferred Skills:
Multilingual abilities
Experience in B2B or B2C sales
Familiarity with sales scripts and objection handling
Knowledge of the industry or product being sold
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Corporate Sales Agent
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in e-commerce or tech
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms and B2B & B2C sales cycles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills:
Experience with e-commerce platforms
Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and trends
Multilingual abilities are a plus for international client engagement
