Position 1: General Operations Manager
Job Requirement
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university.
- Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in operations management, business administration, project management, or a related field is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Salary: Negotiable (starting from ETB 50,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience).
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Deadline: August 19, 2026
