Shobole Engineering PLC would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Junior Electrical Engineer
Education: BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering from a public/government university.
Minimum CGPA: 3.6 or above.
Graduation Year: 2026.
Work Experience: Not Required.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Position 2: Sales Executive (Field & Office Hybrid)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Work Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience in outdoor/field sales, corporate sales (B2B), or industrial sales. Experience in the construction or engineering sectors in Ethiopia is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in Amharic and English; technical aptitude; resilience; organizational and reporting skills.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Position 3: Head of Commercial
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. A relevant professional qualification or master’s degree is an added advantage.
Work Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience, including experience in a leadership role.
Skills: Sales and marketing strategy, tender management, procurement, bid documentation, pricing, contract negotiation, leadership, communication, analytical planning, and financial awareness. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; CRM and tender management systems experience is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities: Develop commercial strategies, lead sales and business development, oversee tendering and bid preparation, negotiate contracts, monitor market trends, manage budgets and performance targets, and develop the commercial team.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
