Sidama Bank SC would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field (Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or related fields).
Experience: 0 years of Experience· (No prior work experience required)
· CGPA: 3.00 and above
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Year of Graduation: Only applicants who graduated in Gregorian Calendar (GC) 2024 or 2025 / Ethiopian Calendar (EC) 2016 or 2017 will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and other basic banking services.
· Provide high-quality customer service in line with the bank’s standards.
· Promote and cross-sell bank products and services.
· Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with bank policies.
Salary & Benefits: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale & Benefits Package
Location: Various Locations across Ethiopia (As assigned)
