The Bank would like to recruit qualified candidates for the following position of graduate Trainee:
Position 1: Graduate Trainee
Required Qualification: BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field of studies
Work experience: Not required (zero year experience)
Graduate Year: Graduates of two years starting from June 2013 – 2014 E.C Only
CGPA: 3:00for Male 2.75 for female
Terms of employment: permanent after probation period.
Salary: As per the scale of the Bank
Workplace: branches under Sothern Oromia district (Gujii and Borana)
Position 2: Graduate Trainee
Required Qualification: BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field of studies
Work experience: Not required (zero year experience)
Graduate Year: Graduates of two years starting from June 2013 – 2014 E.C Only
CGPA: 3:00 for Male 2.75 for female
Terms of employment: permanent after probation period.
Salary: As per the scale of the Bank
Workplace: branches under Bale District
Position 3: Graduate Trainee
Required Qualification: BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field of studies
Work experience: Not required (zero year experience)
Graduate Year: Graduates of two years starting from June 2013 – 2014 E.C Only
CGPA: 3.00 for Male 2.75 for female

Workplace: branches under East and West District
Position 4: Graduate Trainee
Required Qualification: BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field of studies
Work experience: Not required (zero year experience)
Graduate Year: Graduates of two years starting from June 2013 – 2014 E.C Only
CGPA: 3:00 for Male 2.75 for female
Terms of employment: permanent after probation period.
Monthly Salary: As per the scale of the Bank
Workplace: branches under Ilubabora District
