Position 1: Bank Trainee
Qualification: BA/BSc. degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Bus. Administration or related field of studies.
Work experience: Not Required (Zero)
Year of Graduation: 2021/2022 and 2022/2023G.C
Age: ≤ 28
Ability of speaking Afan Oromo, Amaharic & English Language is Mandatory.
Work place: All branches under: Dire Dawa District
Position 2: Junior Engineer
Qualification: BSc degree in civil Engineering, construction technology, Architecture, or related fields.
Work Experience: One (1) year’ General Work Experience in bank industry out of which 1 year as Trainee engineer or equivalent.
Ability of speaking Afan Oromo, Amaharic & English Language is Mandatory.
Job Grade: VII
Work place: Head Office
Position 3: Senior Internal Controller I
Qualification: BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics or related fields.
Work Experience: Three (3) years’ General Work Experience in bank industry out of which 1 year as Customer Service Officer, Internal Controller, Customer Relation Officer or equivalent.
Ability of speaking Afan Oromo, Amaharic & English Language is Mandatory.
Job Grade: IX
Work place: Branches under all Finfinne District
Position 4: Senior Customer Service Officer –Cash I
Qualification: BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics or related fields.
Work Experience: 3 years’ General Work Experience in bank industry out of which 1 year as Customer Service Officer, Internal Controller, Customer Relation Officer or equivalent.
Ability of speaking Afan Oromo, Amaharic & English Language is Mandatory.
Job Grade: IX
Work place: Branches under all Finfinne District
Position 5: Branch Manager I
Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics or related fields.
Work Experience: 4/5 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as Manager Banking Operation Management, Customer Service Manager, Senior Customer Service Officer-Cash II or equivalent.
Ability of speaking Afan Oromo, Amaharic & English Language is Mandatory.
Job Grade: XII
Work place: Branches under all Finfinne Districts and Branches under ( Adama, Dire Dawa, Hawasa, Shashamene and Jima) Districts
Position 6: Manager, Banking Operation Management
Qualification: BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics or related fields.
Work Experience: Three (3) years’ General Work Experience in bank industry out of which 1 year as Senior Customer Service Officer I, Senior Internal Controller, Digital Banking Officer or equivalent.
Ability of speaking Afan Oromo, Amaharic & English Language is Mandatory.
Job Grade: X
Work place: Branches under all Finfinne Districts and Branches under ( Adama, Dire Dawa, Hawasa, Shashamene and Jima) Districts
