Position 1: Senior Compliance Management Officer
Qualification; MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance , Business Leadership Marketing Management or related fields
Experience; 4/5 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as , senior Compliance officer, senior risk analyst Officer , or equivalent position
Job Grade: XI
Salary: As per the scale of the bank
Work place: Jimma District Office
Position 2: Manager, Credit Appraisal and Loan Recovery
Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership Marketing Management or related fields
Experience: field with 8/9 years work experience of which 2 years as team leader on Credit Analysis & Appraisal Mg’t, Branch manager-II or equivalent position
Terms of employment: Permanent after Probation Period
Salary: As Per Scale of the bank
Job Grade: XIV
Work Place: West Finfine District Office
Position 3: Manager, Stakeholders Relationship Management
Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing management, Human resource management, Economics with 8/9 years of experience of which 2 years as team leader or senior officer-II in Employee relation or stakeholder’s relation or related experience in Banking Industry Salary: As Per the Scale of the bank Job Grade: XIV Work Place: under Hawassa District –Guji Zone -Adola, Nekemete District –Kellam Wollega Zone and Shashemne District-East Bale Zone-Ghinnir
