Position 1: Community Development Facilitators for BMZ Grant Project
Job Requirement
Qualifications and experiences
- BSC degree in Agriculture (plant sciences, Animal sciences), Community Development, Sociology, NRM and related fields and minimum 3 years of progressive work Experience working in development project focused on Food security, Economic strengthening, WASH Livelihood and NRM of which 2 year is in NGO.
- Work experience in NGO is mandatory.
- Background/experience in facilitating Economic strengthening, Natural Resource management and working in rural setting has an advantage.
TECHNICAL, SKILLS and other requirements
- Facilitation Skills
- Ability to write clear and concise reports and to make effective oral presentations.
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency in English language and Afan Oromo
- Motorcycle driving license
- Qty: 2
Reports: to BMZ grant project Coordinator
Term of employment: One year with possibility of extension based on proven performance and BMZ grant budget availability
Salary: as per the scale of the organization
Place of work (Duty station): Siraro District, West Arsi zone, Oromia regional state
Main office: Siraro, Ropi town
Deadline: November 21, 2025
