Position 1: HR AND ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT MANAGER
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Requirement: MA/BA Degree in HRM, Business Management or related fields
• Experience: a minimum of 8 years relevant work experience, out of this 3 years working in Managerial Position, experience in manufacturing firm is advantageous
Training/Skills
• Good Knowledge of Labor laws and HR Best practices
• Strong Communication, negotiation and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage administrative operations
• Demonstrated leadership, problem solving and team management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR System
• ISO Implementation Training (ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015) & Auditing Course (ISO 19011:2018)
Salary: As per the Company’s Scale
Work station: Adama
