Position 1: SENIOR PRIZE OPERATIONS OFFICER
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in operations, finance, or lottery/gaming industry
• Strong experience in compliance, KYC, and documentation processes
• Proven experience managing high-value transactions and approvals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail

Position 2: IT SUPPORT OFFICER LOCATION: ON-SITE EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME
About You
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in office IT maintenance or system administration
• Strong hands-on experience with:
Active Directory (user/group management, permissions) DNS configuration and troubleshooting
Email systems administration (Office 365 / Google Workspace) File management systems and shared drives
Basic network configuration (routers, switches, DHCP, IP addressing)
• Strong knowledge of Windows client and server environments
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
• Familiarity with printer and peripheral management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and user support skills
