Position 1: PEOPLE AND CULTURE SPECIALIST
About You
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in employee relations, recruitment, or HR operations
• Proven experience in handling employee relations issues and supporting engagement initiatives.
• Hands-on exposure in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Experience working with HR policies, procedures, and basic labor law compliance.
Position 2: SITE HR ADMIN
About You
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR/Admin roles, preferably in construction or project environments.
Competencies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure in site conditions.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, HR systems).
