Position 1: Junior Sales Representative
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Six months of sales experience.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and customer-oriented mindset.

Salary: Attractive with Commission
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Sales Supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same supervisory position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage teams effectively and meet deadlines.
Number of people required: 6
Salary: Attractive with Commission
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Telemarketer
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum One year of relevant telemarketing experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close conversations professionally.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).

Position 4: Digital Marketing and AD Specialist
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Certificate in Digital Marketing.
- Having a Web development and Designing is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Experience managing social media platforms professionally.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Experience with analytics tools and campaign performance tracking.
- Understanding of SEO and digital content optimization principles.

Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Videographer and Video Editor
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Proven experience in both filming and post-production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial and branded content projects.
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera operation.
- Creative vision with strong technical execution and deadline management skills.

Position 6: Graphic Designer
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- At least 1 year Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital content, and campaign materials.
- Experience in motion graphics and basic video editing is highly preferred.
