Position 1: Project Health, Safety and Environment(HSE) Officer
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational health and safety, Environmental health and Related Engineering Filed.
- NEBOSH Certified in IGC1 and IGC2
- Experience:
- 2 to 3 years’ experience on coordinating HSE in large construction Project or Manufacturing Sector.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations and standards
- Familiarity with Ethiopian labour laws, Safety directives and environmental regulations
- Risk assessment and hazard identification
- First aid and emergency preparedness
- Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork and collaboration
Number of people required: 8
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Finance System Management Specialist
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CISA, or equivalent, as well as ERP certification, are an advantage.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Finance Systems, ERP, or Business Systems
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent ERP platforms
- Experience in ERP implementation, integration, testing, or automation
- Experience in a complex organization is preferred
- Real estate or construction experience is an advantage
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Project Finance & Cost Control Specialist
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Project Management, or related fields is preferred
- CMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is an advantage
- Project management, quantity surveying, or cost engineering qualification is an added advantage
Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in project finance, cost control, management accounting, construction finance, or related fields
- Strong experience managing finance for construction, real estate, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive projects is highly desirable
