Position 1: CONSTRUCTION EXCELLENCE & CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Technology and Management, Architecture or related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction, project management, or engineering roles.
• Proven experience in large-scale construction or real estate development projects.
• Experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or project performance management and capability development is highly desirable.
