Position 1: Junior Human Resource Officer
Qualification: BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration & Development Management or related fields
Experience: One year proven & relevant post qualification experience
Knowledge & Skill:
Excellent communication skill and personality.
Written & Spoken English language proficiency
Excellent computer skill.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Property Administration Officer
Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Purchasing and Supply Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related fields
Experience: Three years proven & relevant post qualification experience
Knowledge & Skill:
Excellent communication skill and personality.
Written & Spoken English language Proficiency.
Excellent computer skill
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Deputy General Manager- Resource & Facility
Key Duties
To keep the executive management updated with the financial position of the organization and provide feedback on strategic development;
Ensure modernization of IT system for overall growth of Company business;
Ensure effective procurement of goods and services;
Oversee the design, implementation and adherence of accounting policies and procedures;
Manage budget, planning and forecasting report;
Oversee the human resource and administration functions implementation, evaluation of HR policies and related procedures.
Qualification: BA/MA in Accounting. Certification in CII, ACCA or IFRS diploma is advantageous
Experience: Fourteen/Twelve years proven & relevant post qualification insurance experience out of which two years in Resource & Facility Director position
Knowledge & Skill:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill including report writing skill.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English language.
- Team player & capable of motivating staff working with full commitment and initiative.
- Computer literacy in all Microsoft Office Packages and a strong understanding of IT systems
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
