Tokuma Star Business Group would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Executive Secretary

Job Requirement

Qualification and Experience:

• BA/Level IV Diploma in Office Administration, Secretarial Science or related field
• Minimum – 5/8 years Experience for BA/Diploma holder as secretary or office reception.
• Language proficiency: – Fluent in English, Afaan Oromoo and Amharic.

Basic Salary =

Place of work: Head office Addis Ababa.

Position 2: Design Specification and BOQ Preparation

Job Requirement

Qualification and Experience:

• MSc/ BSc Degree Architecture, Civil construction management or other related.
• Minimum – 8/6 years’ Experience for Msc/BSc degree especially on building interior finishing design and have  an additional skills in Construction designing software like AutoCAD, Arch Cad, Rivet, etc

Basic Salary = 32,887

 

Position 3: Construction and Real Estate Directorate Director

Job Requirement

Qualification and Experience:

• MSc / BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management or other related.
• Minimum – 12/15 years’ Experience for MSc/ BSc degree on mega Construction building projects especially on structural site work and have an additional skills in Structural designing, Interior parts and Construction design software like Auto CAD, Arch Cad, Rivet, Sup, ETABS etc .

Basic Salary = 80,000 (eighty thousands).

Representation Allowance =10,000 (Ten thousand).

Responsibility Allowance = 5,000 (Five thousand).

House Allowance = 5000 (Five thousand)

Company working Car with fuel.

Total Monthly gross income = 100,000 (one hundred thousand).
