Trade Ethiopia would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Positron 1: Sales Officer
Required for Sales Officers
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Fluency in speaking and writing English. Other local & international language fluency is a plus.
Possess excellent verbal, written & presentation skills with the ability to articulate information to a variety of members across cultures.
Zero (0) years working experience.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Customer Success Officer
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
Degree or Diploma in Business, International Trade, or related field, with additional experience as a Customer Success Officer and knowledge of international trade
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer success, B2B support, sales coordination, or related roles.
Strong understanding of B2B ecosystems, trade facilitation, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Amharic.
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, email tools, and CRM platforms.
Highly organized, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Passion for trade, entrepreneurship, and client empowerment.
Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., French, Arabic, Chinese) is an advantage.

Position 3: Camera Man & Video editor
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Camera Operator and/or Video Editor.
Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting setups, and sound recording.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual storytelling skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and in fast-paced production environments.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 4: Production Manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Television Production, Media, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and software.
Excellent project management, budgeting, and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
