Trans North Trading PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Sales Representative

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of [2] years in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in sales techniques and CRM software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development.
• Location: Nairobi, Nairobi County, Kenya
• Career Level: Entry to Mid-Level

Position 2: Junior Accountant

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• Prior internship or entry-level accounting experience is a plus.

Position 3: Digital Marketing Specialist

Required Skills:

• Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track customer interactions.
• Effectively collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze data to draw meaningful insights that inform marketing decisions.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback.
• Organize and manage project timelines to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a professional demeanor when representing the company.

Position 4: StoreKeeper Assistants

Required Skills:

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management.
• Solve problems proactively and offer solutions to operational challenges.
• Organize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and performance standards.
• Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure.
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Utilize basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
• Follow instructions carefully to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in daily responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common goals.
