Position: Sales Representative: Motorbike
Qualifications & Experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive sales, or a closely related field (e.g., high-value retail, real estate, B2C, B2B sales).
Required Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to build instant rapport, listen actively, and articulate value clearly and persuasively to diverse clients.
- Strong Closing Skills: A proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing deals.
- Self-Motivation & Initiative: A proactive “hunter” mentality with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an outdoor setting.
- Customer Service Orientation: A genuine passion for helping people and providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Resilience & Persistence: The ability to handle rejection positively and persist in the face of challenges.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and comfort using tablets or laptops for presentations.
- Professionalism: Impeccable personal presentation and the ability to represent the company brand professionally at all times.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
